As I write this update I am surrounded by the news media’s reports marking the first anniversary of the conflict in Ukraine and describing how dramatically life changed just 12 months ago. The stories of incredible courage and resilience are amazing.  I just want to take this opportunity to thank SO MANY of you who have given into our Moldova/Ukraine appeal and helped change the lives of many facing death and poverty. Your generosity has been amazing and consistent, which has meant we could be the same. Thank you! Our Legacy day in January was special and to have Charlotte and Johannes there in person, carrying joy even in the midst of such a challenging time, was an inspiration. It has been a privilege to partner with you. 

So what about this last month of February? Well, although a short month, it has been hectic! We seemed to have packed double into our schedule and travelled extensively in the UK and Norway. Gordon and I started the month in Bergen, Norway, for a regional prophetic conference. One of the highlights for me was blessing the entrepreneurs and business forerunners on the Sunday night in an anointing service. God had given me a word about a businessman who was pioneering a new salmon farming idea. A man, Jon, came to me on this Sunday night and said he was starting a new business in Spain in salmon farming and even flew back from Madrid for prayer on this Sunday evening once his wife, who was at the previous meetings, told him of the word of knowledge. Many of these men and women brought their business plans and company logos and stood before God for an upgrade and blessing upon their ventures. I believe this is a storehouse season and, like Joseph, God is calling us to build storehouses for the local economies so that in times of trouble we can answer the cry of the people.  

At the same time Helen Azer was ministering in Kristiansand at the YWAM base.  She writes:

It was a real joy to be at YWAM Kristiansand for their partners’ weekend and week’s teaching on the Holy Spirit. On the first Saturday evening meeting we had such hunger in the room that it felt right to just follow the worship time with ministry to people using words of knowledge and the prophetic. This continued as the Holy Spirit led and people responded for healing and breakthrough in various aspects of their lives and finances.  We never got to preach that evening as the prophetic flow was strong. For several of the YWAM students this was the first time they had experienced Holy Spirit ministry. One student was amazed when she heard tongues used and said she hadn’t realised that I was speaking anything other than English as she said that she understood every word and never felt she didn’t know what was being said! When other students told her that it was not English being spoken, but a tongue, they were all amazed and realised that she had received the gift of interoperation of tongues on the spot without ever having heard tongues before in her life! You can imagine how excited the students were when they realised that Jesus was giving them a demonstration of the gifts before we even got to the teaching week.  Towards the end of the week’s teaching we had an open meeting when people from the community and surrounding area came: this time my ministry team were the students and it was wonderful to see how they launched out into the deep and saw people blessed through their prayers and prophetic words.  I believe that this is a whole new season of the supernatural being released and, if we are hungry, God will use us even if we feel inexperienced.

Having returned from our adventures in Norway we have then been very busy in the UK. Gordon and I have tried to be in Oxford more frequently at our home church. I have preached twice, and Gordon has led prayer, supported the teams and we have been at leaders and other meetings to really help our pastors as Anna faces the challenge of cancer treatment. So please do pray with us for Craig and Anna, that they will know the power and kindness of God in this tough and exhausting season. We have also taken time to visit with a variety of leaders from different cities throughout this month as they explore a transition of leadership, a time of sabbatical or just a need for advice, friendship and refreshment. This has meant our usually calmer mid-week has been fuller with personal appointments. The weekend ministry has continued to be busy with ministry in Wembley, Oxford, Braintree, Chelmsford, Hoddesdon Highleigh, Bristol, Leamington Spa, Watford and other connects. We are now preparing to travel to the States in March and will be there for 3 weeks. Here is an overview of the schedule for March:

During all the ministry we have also had two funerals, firstly my Uncle Michael and then Thelma Sparks who was a real mentor to me. It’s been a season of joy and tears.  

On a completely different note we have GOOD NEWS about my books! At last, whether living in UK or USA, Canada, Singapore or Australia you can now get any of my books on AMAZON in paperback or Kindle versions. It has taken a time to sort all the permissions and publishers etc but now they are all available so please do go to the site. My newest book, Spiritual Architects, is a timely prophetic resource for this season and Gordon’s Harnessed for Adventure is a faith boost that will stir your hunger for God; it has had some amazing reviews so is well worth a read. Due to popular demand, we have also re-published Eat the Word, Speak the Word which is a helpful training resource for growing in the gift of prophecy. These and all my other titles are listed on Amazon under my name.
